Print & Digital Creations

My experience in content creation varies from organization-wide branding to individual projects. Here are a few examples of my work, including merch, flyers, website pages, and more.

My design work starts with learning what story the brand wants to communicate.

Creations for every donor touch point

Major campaign designs require consistent branding to the organization, while standing out as something new for customers.

The Kitsap Great Give was one campaign that required me to design and print cafe boards, social media graphics, email headers, postcards to donors, handout materials, and stickers for cafe orders.

An infographic showing that $100 provides a night of safe housing, meals, community space, laundry, showers, clothing, mentorship, and support for youth in Kitsap, serving ages 13-25 since 1997, with the logo for The Coffee Oasis in the bottom left corner.

A flyer for The Coffee Oasis charity features its logo, address, and donation information. The flyer asks how many nights the organization can provide for youth in need, describing their mission since 1997. It encourages donations between March 1-10, 2026, and includes a URL and QR code for donations.

Event Planning and Printing

I created and implemented the marketing strategy for two gala events every year. The gallery includes multiple visuals, digital and printed, that were created for these events.

Strategy:

  • Greater Giving CRM setup for attendee communications, receipts, emails, attendee registration, and full project website setup and management.

  • Detailed documentation of the timeline for communications to promote to public, create materials, and responsibilities for staff needed for promotion timelines.

Printed Collateral:

  • Sponsors mentions in various materials (signage, program, slides, auction cards)

  • Venue signs (foam boards, banners, table clothes, table signs)

  • Attendee program booklets, auction sheets, sponsorship letters, mailed invitations

Digital Collateral:

  • Social media promotions

  • Email newsletters to various audiences

  • Graphics for sponsors and community partners to share for promotion

  • Event program slideshows

  • Videos for promotion and recaps

Website pages

There is also a prominent Give Youth Shelter button, a circular inset showing a room with people sitting around tables, and overlay text promoting youth giving and support for shelter beds.

Fun Projects

Big & Small For Baseball

This promotion video was played on the big screen for a Tacoma Rainiers baseball game! I also created a featured add in the stadium program. A dream come true!

A baseball game is taking place at a stadium with a green field, the infield and outfield visible, and a few players standing on the field. There are spectators in the stands, and a large electronic scoreboard displays advertisements and game information. The sky is clear with some clouds.

The 2024 & 2025 Mental Health & Motherhood Virtual Summits

In 2024, I began founded and organized a 6 hour virtual summit, with the goal to bring mental health resources to mothers with less barriers. We had 12 speakers and 10 live attendees.

In 2025, the Mental Health & Motherhood summit expanded it’s reach to become a 2 day event, featuring 24 speakers and over 100 attendees.

The mission to get resources into the hands of mothers has extended to a printed magazine as of July 2026.
